As announced by the White LED streetlights team, White LED streetlights will be upgrading to 4.5 with "all in one" word which means the new upgrading 12 colors, separate package with each color with different installations and with different choices based on users for each techniques of low dynamic Lighting technique, High dynamic Lighting technique, Ultra dynamic Lighting technique, high dynamic volumetric lighting technique, high quality shadow technique.

White LED streetlights 4.5 GTA5 INSTALLATION:

Make sure to create backup before installing the mod !
Need files to be backup :-

1. The first main file is "v traffic lights.rpf" location :- Grand Theft Auto V mods x64h.rpf levels gta5 props roadside

2. The second file is "vfxfogvolumeinfo.ymt" location :- Grand Theft Auto V mods x64a.rpf data effects

3. The third file is "lodlights.rpf" location :- Grand Theft Auto V mods update update.rpf x64 levels gta5

This is an automatic installation process so you will have to open OPENIV and

click the "Open Package Installer" Icon , or click "Tools" and click the "Package Installer".
