-Fixed an issue where car would disappear when viewing from a distance
-Fixed an issue where the front windshield would be tinted
-Fixed dirtmap
-Romoved the specular effect of chassis

Bugs:
-No engine
ADD-ON
First, drag the folder 'hiacesc' to: gta5 / update / x64 / dlcpacks .
Next, add 'dlcpacks:\hiacesc\' into 'dlclist.xml' in: gta5 / update / dlc.rpf / common / data .
Spawn name is 'hiacesc'.
Replace
Drag the files in replace folder and drop into
gta5 / update / x64 / dlcpacks / mplowrider / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles / lowvehicles.rpf to replace original files.
Spwan name is 'moonbeam'.
Don't forget to make a backup.
Run the game and spawn it, just have fun! ;)
