There are 2 different variants for the hivis jacket one is a roads policing unit and the other one is the basic one.
Installation Instructions:
BACK UP YOUR GAME BEFORE INSTALLATION!
install the ped model first https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/20925-met-police-response-officer-pack/
once done that replace the ytd file with mine.
