It replaces any of those vests you need to wear for the life invader mission
Go to:
Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero
and drop the uppr_diff_014_a_whi.ytd inside,or open any other diff_014 and replace the texture inside with the dds on the rar, enjoy it!
