Custom Diesel/Gas Engines Sound Pack V1.1 [SP / FiveM]

========UPDATE V1.1========



Standlone and Add-on Options Created for both Single Player and FiveM. Addon means using the original car sounds engine pack and adding to it. Must install that first if using the addon section.



Due to how Extensive this project is i just wanted to add a few more sounds to the pack, I did not create the original Pack. I simply added to it to keep everything organized, Whatever updates happen after this, shall be dealt with yourself. I included some project files so feel free to experiment and figure it out with CodeWalker and OpenIV .

I have created the following engines:

12vcummins - Dodge Cummins 12v Sound, can be taken as 24v because of the idle

46fordmodular - Ford Crown Victoria P71 Windsor Engine

64powerstroke - Ford 6.4 Powerstroke Engine

53vortec - GM 5.3 Vortec Engine, Real starter, Real idle and idle exhaust, Contender engine sfx, Granger Exhaust



BUGS:

All engines have stock out of car sounds. They simply wouldnt work with the custom sounds. I have yet to figure it out. Need more research.



Also, I have posted some videos, i have edited the cummins to rev down and a few more tweaks since these videos. But essentially are still the same. Enjoy!



Singleplayer Tip:

Contents.xml is already merged in the SP Addon Pack, Copy your files over and enjoy!



Install Tip for FiveM:

-You Must have the original carsounds pack installed for FiveM resource to work with the add on section.

-Paste these into the folder along with the resource file.

-Start resource and you should be able to use 4 more engines plus the others if you chose to add on.

FAQ:

Q: Will this work with FiveM?

A: YES! It is just a matter of copying the files over. You can download the original carsounds pack here, and you can find it again here.

Q: Does this run on Multiplayer?

A: Yes! If you have the VCUSMs pack installed, it will work with MP. If you dont have that, I included an addon file for MP so you can run it.

Q: Will this work with GTA Online?

A: No. It is only meant for singleplayer.

Q: Can I run this on a different game?

A: Yes! This pack is meant to be used with the game it was designed for. It is not designed for use in other games.
