using openIV, follow this file path:
update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup_componentped.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_gunrunning_01
and drag and drop this .ytd into there, and you are done!

This jumper is a rough replica of the fleeces that uk police wear across the country. Unfortunately, i could not include epaulettes in this, but if someone who can model wants to, be my guest.
