in most states this lighting setup up on a POV is illegal. but this is GTAV :) enjoy, can still be used in roleplay or as undercover or unmarked unit. or a senior officers take home vehicle.

transparent textures, can change paint color in trainer, you can change the license plate frame as well using photoshop or any editing program.

you can also change the light colors from red and blue, to all blue, all red, amber, amber and white

if you need help changing light colors, custom frame textures, etc post a comment or join my discord server. everything change be change by editing the textures in the ytd, tomake this car any type of vehicle you want,
