1. Copy the files in the mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf\x64\models\ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf

2.Copy the files in the mods/update/x64/dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages

\mppatches\mp_m_freemode_01

3. Copy the files in the mods/update/x64/dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday4ng

4. Copy the files in the mods/update/x64\models\cdimages

5. Then open GTAV and open the game, go to options and select update, then select check for updates, if it doesn't work, just restart your game and try again.
