INSTALLATION:

1- Drag and drop the "hydraspf" folder, in the following location:

Grand Theft Auto V\(mods)\update\x64\dlcpacks

2- Then edit the dlclist.xml file located in:

Grand Theft Auto V\(mods)\update\update.rpf\common\data

3- Now add: dlcpacks:/hydraspf/

3- You need a trainer to spawn the Vehicles
