По поводу установки: в программе OpenIV переходим по:

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\cp9a\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\

В файле cp9a.ytd заменяем cp9a_sign_1 или добавляем cp9a_sign_beansfavorite
