alright, I'm happy to bring you guys "JOKERS" this is my first non streamed ped that I've ever made with cloth, as you can see you get 3 versions of that the 2019 joker Arthur fleck 2019 joker with a mask, and the original Arkham asylum joker.
if someone wants to make a video I would really appreciate it since its the first joker with cloth so if anyone can do it I would like nothing less : )

some credit too- Sidian Black for making the texture for Arkham asylum.
install:
download and install addon peds, follow the instructions from there and do the same for the peds you want.
