Extract zip file, open openiv, navigate to
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>737900er>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>eaglevehicles.rpf>Open 737900er.ytd press import select 737900ER_sign_1 where you download the mod, after import press save
Done!
then go to your game use trainer to change livery for ex (menyoo, simple trainer)
