Installation:

Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:

dlcpacks:\mfc\

Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and make a new folder called mfc.

Drop the provided dlc.rpf there.
