After several hours trying to find the best way to make a LOOP that fit within the game... finally got it!! (in ADD-ON).

Installation guide (OpenIV ):
Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and drop it F1SOUND FOLDER here.
dlcpacks:/f1sound/ add this line in DLCLIST
change the audionamehash (vehicle.meta) to f1sound
check the print --> http://prntscr.com/t3ic01
