mods\x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
You have to activate the edit mode. Open the ambulance.ytd and click on replace. Secondly you have to double click on my template. Thirdly click on save.
At next you have to this like I said with the ambulance+hi.ytd file. Youre done.
