The car model was made by the people who made Most Wanted 2012 - Los Santos City PD Pack (look under credits). The Vapid Scout Police Utility is from the aforementioned mod.

This mod does not include the Vapid Stanier Police Cruiser, Bravado Buffalo S/C and Invetero Coquette CQ4 models and liveries nor the Vapid Scout Police Utility model.

This mod adds a Military Police livery for the Vapid Scout Police Utility.

It is based on West Point MP.
