To Use it in single player:

-Go to Director Mode and choose your online character

-Use a clothes changer trainer

If you don't want to go to director mode, download Skin Control

And create a new character (Male freemode), then go to Simple Native Trainer and go to model edit, clothes, and go to custom MP character, then choose load director mode model. READY. Or you can only create a new character using Skin Selector and modify the head model easy, and clothes, but for clothes I prefer Simple Native Trainer.
