1. mods/x64/audio/sfx/STREAMED_VEHICLES_GRANULAR.rpf
2. Drag muscle_car_2_us_v8.oac into open iv
Note: If it doesn't let you drag and drop, extract the files to your desktop and press shift+insert in open iv
Audiohash: dominator
Please msg me if their is any bugs or suggestions and ill attempt to fix it.
