2) GTAV/mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks/430s/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/vehicles.rpf
3) Open '430s.ytd'
4) drop file in
Optional: drop 'lmap430.dds' if you want your tail lights to be blacked out. I'm still working on it
