ATTN THIS IS AN EDIT OF DUALIFTS NYPD ESU UNIFORM. I ONLY TAKE CREDIT FOR THE PATCHES I PUT ON. I DO NOT IN ANYWAY TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS UNIFORM I AM JUST ADDING PATCHES NOT TAKING CREDIT! YOU MUST DOWNLOAD HIS NYPD ALL IN ONE PACK! I decided to make this in order to complete the NYPD SRG pack.

1: Open OpenIV
2: Go to smy swat in componentpeds_smy.rpf in x64e
3: Install Dualift's NYPD ESU Uniform
4: Replace the parts of the uniform necessary in smy_swat.ytd
