Description
This is Ralph Wiggum, everyone's favorite Springfield goober.
This ped was from The Simpsons Game (2007), and after I, LAXFan95, paid for the labor, Quechus13 (https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/Quechus13) converted the files from a simple .OBJ, to a fully working ped.
This also comes with a voice pack.
REQUIRED MODS:
Trainer that can spawn peds.
AddonPeds
(OPTIONAL)
Voice Player (for the Voice Pack)
Character Swap, in case you want to do any of those Lamar memes (like i so gracefully did)
Installation: Using OpenIV copy the folder along with the Ralph.yft and ymt files to peds.rpf in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf. Then, you add it to AddonPeds database.
