Leonardo & his Sword (replaces knife)
Michelangelo & his Nunchucks (replaces bat)
Raphael & his Sai (replaces dagger)
Ped Installation:
Use this mod to use PEDS as Add-Ons:

Or Replace any Ped you want just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example:ig_bankman"
Weapon Installation:
Replace the files using OpenIV in:
update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
