go to \update\x64\dlcpacks\mplowrider\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\lowvehicles.rpf/
then drag an drop moonbeam.yft, moonbeam.ytd and moonbeam_hi.yft
-----HOW TO USE?-----
spawn Moonbeam

This mod replace the moonbeam so keep that in mind and I did not make the vehicle, I just made the design.
Also I recommend painting it on White or gray because some color make some text unreadable.
don't use this mod online you might get banned
