Installation:
Drag and drop the .OIV file into your file explorer.
Open OpenIV and go to tool/package installer
Find the .oiv, select install in mods folder, and you are done!
Uninstall:
go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and delete all the vehicles inside that folder. To uninstall the ELS files, delete all contents in ELS/pack_default
