Urban SWAT Retexture
Description
I always liked how Swedish M90 camouflage looked, so I retextured NOOSE with it's urban counterpart. Also changed the vest, kneepads, and boots textures so it looks nicer. Includes backup.
INSTALLATION

-With OpenIV .asi, head to x64e.rpf
-Replace the file inside componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
-Replace the file
