First download an install the uv-mapped ambulance that I linked above, once you've done that, simply drag and drop the two .ytd's in "Installation files" into the same place you installed the uv-mapped ambulance.

These liveries are for the vanilla gta5 ambulance, and are based off of the hospitals they represent. (Pillbox Hill Hospital, St Fiarce Hospital and Central Los Santos Medical Center)
