This is the Vapid Cara
Two Axes in the back is caracara so one axe in the back is cara.
Also dedicated to the host of non-stop pop :-)
Civil non offroad version of the truck hope you like it.

Replace:
Use OpenIV Tool and replace caracara here:
...\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpassault\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpassault.rpf\
Addon:
Add dlcpacks:\cara\ to dlclist and place "cara" folder into the games dlc folder
...\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
