Clean Vehicles (No dirt-Manual installation)
Description
Keeping your vehicle nice and clean, this is just a dirt texture removal(chassi, windows and tires) done with Photoshop.You'll still have mud on your car in muddy grounds as shown in the second screenshot.

x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\vehshare.ytd
NOTE:I'm aware of an existing similar mod to this(by GTA Series Fans), the difference is that this offers manual installation without any changes except for the dirt textures.
