I thought it might be interesting to see what it would be like if Los Santos police were defunded.
Features:
1) Slow police response times
2) Police that do arrive are under-manned
3) Police give up chases quickly, you're not the only one causing chaos
4) Limited supply of helicopters and boats
Installation instructions: Using OpenIV follow the install path mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and place dispatch.meta there.
Usage rights: This is simply a set of config changes, do what you want with it.
