Go to "(mods/)x64/audio/sfx/RADIO_08_MEXICAN.rpf"

Replace the File "mex_final_mix_32.awc"

Go to "(mods/)update/update.rpf/x64/patch/data/cdimages/scaleform_generic.rpf"

Open the File "hud.ytd" and replace the Texture "gtav_radio_stations_texture_512"

It's highly recommened to use a "mods" Folder
