Extreme Low End Mini PC [ELEMP]

I created this mod inspired by:

jacobbb & cody196

Created & tested this on my GPD WIN with Intel Atom x7-Z8750

changes in v03

reduced visibility (distant view) in the city

from GTA 5 For Super Low PC's Version 10 mod install (put) hbaosettings.xml

1.open openiv click edit mode

1a. first I recomended install

2.and now install files created by me: open folder update

gta 5\update\update.rpf\common\data --here replace visualsettings.dat

3.open folder timecycle and replace this--- w_extrasunny.xml

gta 5\update\update.rpf\common\data\timecycle

4. paste commandline.txt in your gta5 folder

5.settings.xml put in documents, Rockstar Games, GTA V
