0.5 VERSION NOTE : Fixed bugs and improving the map. This is the last version of the mod, because I no longer have the motivation to continue modding on GTA 5. I therefore encourage all those who like modding, to continue this work, and to share it with the community.

I have been working for a while to import the map of gta 3, first gta in 3d on gta 5. Here is a BETA of my work that I will continue to improve.
I have ficked most of the bugs but the map still has some. I'll fix it soon. I would also add npc traffic, collision elements,night lights, fix the water that crosses the ground and improve the textures. It takes time so it's not right now.
HOW TO INSTALL:
just put the gta_iii folder in gta v> mods> update> x64> dlcpacks
and to the dlclist.xml file that is in gta v> mods> update> update.rpf> common> data add gta_iii as dlcpack item
