New Spawn Colors for the Cayo Perico Heist Vehicles

Hello!
Welcome to the second part of my enhanced car variations mods! This project started out as a huge get-every-carvariation-file-done-as-one-release but I soon realized I was stretching myself thin, plus there were some coding issues that prevented them from
working together.
Anyways, more will be released. I'm going to shook for 1/week, so if my calculations are correct, that'll take about 40 weeks to complete, but it'll be fun!
The second part is The Cayo Perico Heist DLC, which added a few cool cars, plus an awesome boat that deserved to have their boring and repetitive spawn colors redone. These are based on real-life colors of the cars they're based on and also just personal preference.
