Replacing cars with real cars to make your game feel more realistic is common, but it can somehow mess up the spawning. This mod fixes that with a more realistic popcycle and ped spawning.
iNSTALL:
iN OPENIV GO TO: update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 AND REPLACE "popcycle.dat" WiTH THE ONE iNCLUDED iN THiS MOD. THAT'S iT & HAVE FUN!
