Remove dot reticle (simple crosshair) and hit markers

Short description
This mod removes dot reticle (make it invisible) and hit markers too. Scopes on snipers still works, maybe now will be little hard to aim your target. Maybe you asking why I made this mod. I made it because I wanted to share my version with stock sniper scopes with you and I wanted more challenging shootouts.
Installation instructions
You can use package installer with OpenIV or you can manually install it check Readme.txt. You will need OpenIV .
