To install this mod you gonna need a software called OpenIV .
Download OpenIV here: www.openiv.com
Install path: GTA V/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_a_c.rpf/ac_c_chop
If you use mods folder:GTA V/mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_a_c.rpf/ac_c_chop
