Description
This mod lowers the view view distance and lowers a lot of other things like rain and makes the peds a lod for better FPS on low end computers.
(this is still early and is not any where to be done and will have more to come)
To install this mod start OpenIV and head to update and open update.rpf from there go to common to data. replace the visualsettings.dat and in the timecyc folder replace the files
NOTICE: Only use settings.xml in GTA Online - Using the others file whilst in Online will lead to a ban in the near future.
