This is an extended part of michael house complete retexture DLC, Download and install it first enable to make this mod work.

-Winrar - to extract .rar package

1. Use OpenIV to install, in edit mode drag and drop to replace the files. .

if you don't have a custom_maps dlc then you can put this ymap to another dlc which has streaming capability.

4. Done! open the game and see results .
