1. Place the "usground" folder in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Program open openlV, go to dlclist.xml in: mods folder\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3. and add this with Notepad:
4. Save, OpenIV and replace dlclist.xml in: mods folder\update\update.rpf\common\data
5. If the game crashes on startup, use a custom gameconfig.xml (you can find them at gta5-mods.com)
You need a trainer to spawn the Vehicles
