Description
This Mod enhances Floyd's house and gives it a luxurious feel.
THERE IS A NON-CHRISTMAS "Normal" VERSION IN THE FILE TOO!

--------INSTALATION---------
1) Install Map Editor by Guadmaz https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
2) Install Open All Interiors by NewTheft https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/open-all-interiors
2.5) OPTIONAL If you want the snow, download https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/singleplayer-snow
3) Copy "BeachHouse.xml"/"Christmas" to your GTA 5 location
4) Launch the game and open the Map Editor's menu "press F7" and select "Load Map" then type "BeachHouse2"/"Christmas"
5) It takes about 30s to load, if it crashes your game - I'm sorry, but that means your PC can't handle it :(
BE AWARE that this mod has to load ~1200 objects, so it is FPS INTENSE.
