Download [MultiFive] - http://gta5m.ru/multifive.html
Extract the mod into the MultiFive folder - usermaps/.
To load GTA 5: Desert egypt.
Press "~" and type the command invoke-levelload desert

p.s. The water level I do not know how to do this , I used the card from water.xml ViceCity GTA V.
