Just a Hove Beach safehouse.

Located near the Mission Row police station.



FiveM resource version is for servers only



Installation inside the archive.

FAQ:

- Why is there no light inside?

- It's a little dark. I'll try to fix it.

- Can I add a hole for the door?

- Yes, but it would be better if you make the hole in the wall.

- Can I remove the window?

- No, because of collision with the roof. But you can make it transparent or remove it completely.

- Where did you get all those props?

- They were from GTA IV and from other mods that I found on Youtube and elsewhere.
