Ported from Grand Theft Auto IV.

To install -
Go to OpenIV and head to update > x64 > dlcpacks.
Place the file named raceway in there.
Make sure to put it in mods.
Then, head to update > update.rpf > common > data
and edit dlclist.xml at the bottom below the last/latest dlc. Add "dlcpacks:\raceway\" (without the quotation marks)
