drag scripts folder into

Grand Theft Auto V root folder

with open iv in edit mod goto

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

drag custom_maps folder

then also drag dlc list to Grand Theft Auto V\mods

\update\update.rpf\common\data

then drag unlock all objects asi to scrips folder
