Copy "VespucclCanalsDevelopedBatter.xml"
and drop To The Following
gta5 min folder - menyooStuff/Spooner Than drop "VespucclCanalsDevelopedBatter" there

Load gta5 Than open menyoo mod menu with F8
than go to object spooner than manage Saved file than Press VespucclCanalsDevelopedBatter.xml
Than Press load Placements
